When you join Habits for Health, you'll instantly create your very own My Wellbeing People Account,  your personal space on our dedicated training platform.

Getting started couldn’t be simpler! Just log in, click on the ‘Habits for Health’ tab, to begin your journey to a happier, healthier you.

Choose your pathway

The choice is yours! Would you prefer the structured 12-week programme for step-by-step guidance, or the flexibility of the Choose a Topic pathway to focus on what matters most to you?

Get started with your first module

Every module offers you 4 unique habit upgrade experiments to choose from. Simply pick the one that resonates with you and give it a go for the week. These small, manageable experiments are designed to help you make sustainable, positive changes to your lifestyle.

No matter whether it’s your health, career, or relationships, this module will equip you with the tools and confidence to stop hesitating and start achieving anything you aspire to!

Nutrients vs Calories

Forget calorie counting and fad diets, it’s time to take a fresh approach to healthy eating. The Nutrients vs Calories module will show you how to view food as a source of nourishment rather than just energy.

Sleeping for Success

 If you’re finding it hard to get a good night’s sleep, waking up tired, or battling low energy throughout the day, this Sleeping For Success module is just what you need. 

We’ll explore how important sleep really is and how it plays a key role in how we feel, think, and function in our day to day life. Poor sleep doesn’t just make us tired, it can leave us feeling grumpy, unfocused, and even take a toll on our health. Our Wellbeing Coaches will provide you practical tips and simple habit hacks that you can use to feel more energised, rested, and in control of your sleep.

Habit Cycles

We are essentially the sum of our habits. The actions we repeatedly take shape our lives far more than one-off efforts of willpower or motivation. In the Habit Cycles module, we will dive into how habits work and explore practical strategies to create routines that last.

If you’re struggling with willpower, finding it tough to stick to your goals, or feeling stuck in mindset traps that lead to unhelpful patterns, this module is here to guide you. By understanding the mechanics of habit formation, you’ll gain the knowledge to take control of your daily routine and break free from automatic behaviours that no longer serve you.

Building Easy Exercise Habits

The Building Easy Exercise Habits module is designed to help you simplify exercise and make it something you actually look forward to! If you’ve ever found exercising overwhelming, boring, or just plain hard work, you’re definitely not alone.

Our Wellbeing Coaches will teach you practical tips, including the powerful habit-stacking technique, which makes it easier to incorporate movement into your day alongside habits you already have. Resilience and Mental Fitness

The Resilience and Mental Fitness module is all about giving you the tools to handle life’s ups and downs with confidence and strength. We all face challenges, but resilience and mental fitness help us bounce back, cope with tough times, and keep a positive mindset. This module will guide you in developing these essential traits, so you can feel more equipped to navigate whatever life throws your way.

You’ll learn how to build greater self-awareness, manage your emotions effectively, and tackle problems with a clear, focused mind.

Master Your Time

If you often feel like there just aren’t enough hours in the day, or you struggle to prioritise tasks, this Master Your Time module is your solution. You’ll discover simple, practical tools to proactively manage your time and align how you spend it with what truly matters to you.

The How Gut Health Impacts You module is your guide to understanding why a happy, healthy gut is the key to feeling your best. Sustaining Optimal Wellbeing

The Sustaining Optimal Wellbeing module helps you look back on how far you’ve come, whilst strengthening the incredible habits you’ve built, and map out the support you need to keep thriving.

This module will unlock once you’ve completed all the Habits for Health modules. It is a chance to celebrate your progress, reflect on what’s worked best for you, and create a simple plan to carry your success forward.
