Choose a challenge, complete one small daily action, check in each day and build your streak. You can earn medals, badges and points as you progress.

What does 1% of my day mean?

1% of your day is around 10 minutes. Habits for Health helps you use that time to take one small action for your health and wellbeing.

How do I access the app?

You can subscribe as an individual through the App Store or Google Play, or enter an access code if one has been provided by your employer, organisation or charity challenge provider.

Can I join through my workplace or charity challenge?

Yes. If you have been given an access code, you can enter it in the app to unlock your access.

Do subscriptions renew automatically?

Yes. Individual app subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you can cancel through your Apple or Google Play subscription settings. Habits for Health cannot cancel an app store subscription on your behalf.

Do you store my card details?

No. App subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google Play. Habits for Health does not collect or store your payment card details for app store subscriptions.

What if I already have an access code?

You do not need to subscribe as an individual. Enter the access code provided by your employer, organisation or charity challenge provider in the app.
