Subscribe as an individual
Choose a monthly or annual plan through the App Store or Google Play. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the billing period ends.
Joining through work or a charity challenge
If your employer, organisation or charity challenge provider has given you an access code, you can enter it in the app to unlock your access.

1% of your day is around 10 minutes. Habits for Health helps you use that time to take one small action for your health and wellbeing.
You can subscribe as an individual through the App Store or Google Play, or enter an access code if one has been provided by your employer, organisation or charity challenge provider.
Yes. If you have been given an access code, you can enter it in the app to unlock your access.
Yes. Individual app subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you can cancel through your Apple or Google Play subscription settings. Habits for Health cannot cancel an app store subscription on your behalf.
No. App subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google Play. Habits for Health does not collect or store your payment card details for app store subscriptions.
You do not need to subscribe as an individual. Enter the access code provided by your employer, organisation or charity challenge provider in the app.
