About Habits for Health.

What is Habits for Health?

Habits for Health is a wellbeing app designed to help you build healthier habits through simple 28-day challenges.

The App supports everyday wellbeing across hydration, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress and resilience. It gives you a gentle daily check-in, helping you take small, realistic actions that can build into long-term behaviour change.

Who is Habits for Health for?

Habits for Health is for anyone who wants to improve their daily wellbeing in a simple and achievable way.

Whether you want to sleep better, boost your energy, eat healthier, move more, drink more water or reduce stress, the app helps you focus on one small action at a time.

What does 1% of your day mean?

1% of your day is around 10 minutes.

Habits for Health uses this idea to make wellbeing feel more realistic. Instead of trying to change everything at once, the App helps you dedicate a small amount of time each day to one positive habit.

Challenges and Features.

How do the 28-day challenges work?

Choose a challenge, complete one small daily action, and check in each day to log your progress.

As you continue, you can build your streak, earn medals, unlock badges, collect bonus points and track your progress. The aim is to help you build consistency without pressure or perfection.

What types of challenges are available?

Habits for Health includes challenges across key wellbeing areas, including hydration, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress and resilience.

Examples might include drinking more water, adding more colour to your plate, taking a movement break, creating a calmer evening routine or pausing for a mindful minute.

What happens if I miss a day?

That is okay. Habits for Health is built around progress, not perfection.

If you miss a day, you simply restart your streak, continue learning and focus on your next small action. The aim is to help you build habits that feel realistic and sustainable in everyday life.

What is the 1% habit Series?

The 1% Habit Series is a monthly coach-led wellbeing session designed to give you extra support, inspiration and a clear next step.

Each session focuses on a practical wellbeing theme and helps you understand how small daily actions can support lasting behaviour change.
